To manage and develop delivery methods focusing on time, quality and cost optimization.
Define future goals and implement new delivery and pick-up solutions to meet online business growth and customer needs.
Assess market trends and competitor strategies to establish competitive and scalable delivery pricing.
Set up processes, manage cooperation and negotiate with external online transport and delivery partners.
Track delivery timelines, costs/refunds and customer satisfaction in collaboration with CRC to ensure adherence to service agreements.
Define and lead delivery projects in alignment with regional strategies and objectives.
Ensure smooth daily Transport operations through interaction with warehouse team, 3PL, CRC, Finance, Stores.
Support order preparation & return processes linked to e-Commerce and monitor in-store operations to ensure timely dispatch.
Collaboration with the central European logistics team.
Resolve operational issues with warehouses and carriers.
Propose and coordinate update of the website related to delivery.
Manage and update delivery costs and lead times displayed on the website.
Actively collaborate with the Transport & Logistics international teams to share best practices and drive ongoing improvements in local operations and service.

2-3 years of experience in eCommerce delivery operations with solid last-mile know-how
Strong organizational and cross-functional skills
Proven ability to take initiatives and decide autonomously
Strong Communicator fluent in Greek and English
