Your responsibilities :
Build, manage and develop your team:
- Define the human structure of your team and recruit, according to your commercial policy and economic activity
- Develop teammates’ autonomy through a skills integration and development plan.
- Create an environment enabling the well being and development of your team
Grow the local economic performance of your department:
- Ensure good sales and customer relations performance for my department and my store.
- Guarantee the department’s physical layout is performant and consistent with Decathlon’s visual merchandising policy
- Build and lead my omnichannel commercial policy for my department linked to my area.
Manage the store’s daily operations:
- Manage store security as well as teammates’ and products’ availability
