Main Objective
Grow and activate our customer database across online and physical stores
Maximize revenue and business impact from CRM channels (App, Email, Mobile) and Loyalty program
Responsibilities
Own the commercial strategy and roadmap for CRM, Loyalty, and App channels
Lead initiatives to grow subscriptions and customer data capture (forms, opt-ins, in-store and online)
Drive revenue through CRM channels using targeted campaigns and personalization
Leverage Loyalty and CRM data to support commercial growth initiatives
Support the overall data acquisition strategy, including optimizing cookie consent rates
Manage and regularly refresh app content in line with seasonal moments and commercial campaigns
Work closely with local and international teams to execute initiatives
Ensure the success of CRM and app-related projects through proactive rollouts, testing, and performance tracking
Act as the main point of contact with international CRM teams, ensuring alignment on tools, best practices, and campaign execution

Your Profile
2-3 of experience in CRM, ideally in omnichannel retail
Strong commercial mindset with hands-on execution experience
Comfortable working cross-functionally in an international environment
Data-driven, proactive, and able to turn insights into actions
Experience with Salesforce Marketing & Data Cloud is a plus
